What a beautiful thing, God, to give thanks, to sing an anthem to you, the High God!
To announce your love each daybreak,
sing your faithful presence all through the night,
Accompanied by dulcimer and harp,
the full-bodied music of strings.
So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us?
Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!) Praise, O servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord!
Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forever
From the rising of the sun to the going down of it and from east to west, the name of the Lord is to be praised!
The LORD replied, ‘My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.’ (Exodus 33:14)
My prayer for you today is that you will find rest in God’s presence. May you find strength as He lifts you up. May your hope be restored as God renews your vision. May God’s peace truly guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus. May you never worry of what’s to come or how bad the storm of life will get.
