Delete Your Account

You can delete your Priceless Journey account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open The Priceless Journey app and sign in.
2. Open the menu and tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Enter your password, then confirm in the final prompt.

The deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you can't open the app, no longer have it installed, or can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

Email a deletion request to tech@thepricelessjourney.org

Please include the email address you signed up with. To protect your account, we may reply to confirm the request came from you before we delete anything. We aim to complete requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in details, name, and profile.
• Your community posts, comments, and likes.
• Your prayer wall requests.
• Your friends and blocked lists.
• Your group memberships.
• Your notification settings.
• Your subscription record in the app.
• Your activity and device records.

What we may keep

• Donation and event ticket purchase records, kept for accounting and tax purposes, with the account disconnected from them.
• Payment details, which are held by Stripe, Apple, or Google under their own policies, not by us.
• Reports you filed about another user or about content, kept for safety follow-up, no longer linked to your account.
• Saved copies of content that was reported or removed for breaking our rules, along with the account details and recent activity connected to it. We keep these even after an account is deleted, and may share them with law enforcement when the law requires it or when we believe it is needed to protect someone's safety.

Some information, such as your App Lock PIN and reminder settings, is stored only on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app.
