Even after Jesus had done all these miraculous signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him. This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: ‘Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?’ (John 12:37-38)
Lord, please help me to remember that my responsibility is to be a witness for You. To share the light of the Gospel through my words and actions. I can’t force anyone to believe in You, that is on them. May I just walk out my days for You and live to make You known through every step I take.
“Yet at the same time many even among the leaders believed in him. But because of the Pharisees they would not confess their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue; for they loved the praise from men more than from God.” ~John 12:42-43
Lord, please help me to always be more concerned about what You think and not what those around me think. May I live to lift You up!
