Worthy of Praise

Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22-23)

I love this verse! I daily enjoy taking time to thank God for His abundant work in my life. I love taking notice of every little thing that He has done for me. Have you thanked Him lately? If you were to tell someone about the kindnesses of the Lord, what would your list look like? How many things would you be able to share?

Take time this weekend to think about the kindnesses of the Lord. Try to keep a running list of all that God has done in your life. This list will prove to be very useful when you face storms in life. It’s so important to reflect on the faithfulness of God and remember that He is worthy of our praise!

Dear Father God, Thank You for the unending list of mercies that I have received. Thank You for being so faithful to me! Thank You for the many kindnesses that You have poured into my life. I pray that my list of praise will be long and my list of complaints would be short. May I praise You all day long with my thoughts, my words, and my actions. You are worthy of my praise!
