Prayer Praying Jesus Armor Spiritual Warfare

Bow Now or Bow Later

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. (Revelation 22:13

I pray that 2014 will be a year you find out who Jesus is for you.  For those of you who know the Lord, I pray you will gain a fresh perspective of God’s Word.  I pray that you will see how much God loves you and the mercy He so readily pours out on your life.  I pray that you will be renewed and strengthened for every step ahead.  I pray that you will find joy in every circumstance this year and that you will find reason to celebrate who God is every day.  I pray that you will come alive in a new way and with a new awareness of God’s rich blessings on your life.

For those of you who have yet to make Jesus the Lord of your life.  I pray that 2014 is your year.  I pray that you will come to know the Son of God and what He did for you on the cross.  I pray that you will know my Savior.  The One who died for your sins.  I want so badly for you to escape a life separated from God in Hell.  I want you to experience Heaven with me.  I want to have a joyous reunion with you when I get home to meet my Savior.  I want you to know how rich this life can be in God, how full, how abundant, how joyful, and how incredible the journey can be when it’s given to God.  This life is but a vapor.  We will all die eventually.  Each day here means we are one day closer to meeting Jesus!  The truth is that no matter who you are, what you believe, and where you go when you die… ONE thing is for sure!  Every knee will bow!

“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus EVERY knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:9-11)

That leaves you with two options, “Bow now or Bow later”.  The decision is yours.  No one can make it for you and no one can force you into it!  Will you call on the Lord this year?  Will you choose to make Jesus the Lord of your life?  Come experience the abundant life with me!

“The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” (John 10:10, AMP)

Oh how I pray that you will come and experience a full life in Christ!  I pray that you will recognize your need for a Savior and choose to bow today.  Come taste and see the goodness of the Lord and enjoy 2014 the way God intended for you to enjoy it!

“Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.” (Psalm 34:8)

Here are 4 Simple Steps to make Jesus the Lord of your Life:

1.  Admit that you are a sinner.

“There is no one righteous, not even one.”  ~Romans 3:10

2.  Be willing to turn from sin (repent).

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  ~Romans 6:23

3.  Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead.

“That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”  ~Romans 10:9-10

4.  Through prayer, invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Savior.

”Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” ~Romans 10:13

Please pray this prayer, if you want to make Jesus the Lord of your life!

Dear Father God, I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness.  I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins.  I am willing to turn from my sin.  I now invite Christ to come into my heart and be my personal Savior.  In Jesus Name, Amen
