Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)
Lord, thank You for this instruction on how to live my life until Your return. Lord, please help me to actively be discipling others. As I walk through life, may I be aware of the opportunities around me to shine the light of Jesus. May I be ready to give an answer for the hope that I have to anyone who asks me.
“But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.” ~1 Peter 3:15
Lord, may I daily pursue You and Your mission. Please help me to teach others how to follow You, how to obey You, and how to live out Your Word. May Your Truth be my guide! May my passion for the lost be increased daily. May I serve You to the best of my ability. Lord, I want to be used to bring others in to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. I pray that I will be a living testimony for Your glory. May the opportunities that exist around me to spread the Gospel not be wasted or squandered. May my mouth open only to bring You praise! May my heart declare Your goodness and may those around me see the hope of Jesus in me.
I’m all Yours Lord! Ready to be used by You! As I go today, may I serve You in every possible way. May my hands reach out to love someone who is hurting, may my feet go where the Gospel has not reached, and may my mouth declare the praises of You my King!
